Hi, Priyanka here. I am an ex-Product Manager turned Health & Nutrition coach.

After working in the corporate and startup world for 16 years, I decided to start VegFit to help busy professionals live a healthy & productive lifestyle. I am a Certified Nutritionist and Strength & Conditioning coach from ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) and I practice what I preach.
For a long time, I was on and off a healthy regime. Only when I hit the rock bottom in my personal and professional life, did I realise that the one thing that can help me get back on my feet and redeem all that I wanted from life, was to get back on a fitness regime.
Weight loss was the initial goal when I started my fitness journey. But only later I realised the benefits of being consistent with a regime, like slowing aging cycle, feeling more active through the day and even able to think and perform better at work.
