I joined a 12-week Executive Coaching program with VegFit and Priyanka in the summer of 2024. With VegFit and Priyanka’s guidance on food, nutrition and exercise, I was able to significantly drop my cholesterol and HBA1C, lose 4-5 lbs, and improve my energy levels.
