We help you build habits to stay consistent with your fasting regime. We share the protocols with you that help you adapt to this kind of fitness regimen. 
You will be part of the next cohort after you enrol. The next cohort start date is mentioned on this page. 

Not at all. We will guide you with the changes you are required to make in your diet. You can still stick to your eating preference.

We can customize the session length to whatever time you can commit to training. However, for best results, we recommend doing at least 3-4 sessions per week for 30 minutes.

It depends on how strictly you follow the program. You can start seeing the visible changes from 3rd week.
