Refund/Cancellation Policy

Thank you for enrolling on a paid program at VegFit.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any purchase with Us.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

In case you are not satisfied with your results by the end of the program, you can request a refund, given that you have followed the program 100% –

  1. Scheduled and attended all weekly calls on time.
  2. Provided the weekly update through the Weekly tracker every week, especially if you haven’t been able to attend the weekly call for any personal reason.
  3. Followed all the diet instructions, including diet, workout, meal tracking, sharing meal pictures, and sharing workout videos, as mentioned in your program document. These instructions would be discussed with the coach during the weekly calls.
  4. Followed the workout program as mentioned in the plan. The plan is created based on your schedule and availability and is discussed every week during the weekly check-in calls.

If your answer is Yes to all of the above and still you are not satisfied with the results by the end of the program, please let us know and we will refund you the full fee.

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which you inform us regarding the cancellation of the purchase. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
