Step 2 VegFit coaches review the form: Based on your form, we will assess the fitment between your goals and our program / approach.
Step 3 VegFit coach connects with you: A coach will connect with you via WhatsApp or email with the next steps.
Step 4 Discuss the strategy with your coach: You discuss your goals, challenges with the coach. The coach then will share a high-level strategy and our approach to help you reach your goals.
Step 5 Join the program: If you feel satisfied with the guidance from the VegFit coach, join the program that suits your needs.
Step 6 Coach becomes your accountability partner: Your coach will guide you through the program to push you towards your goals. The coach identifies the hurdles and helps you overcome them faster.

We create a plan that you enjoy and can happily follow for rest of your life. We will just make certain changes in your diet to make it a well-balanced diet.
At VegFit, we promote eating a balanced diet and highly nutritious diet that is sustainable with your lifestyle. We do not push our mentees to follow a specific diet if they are not happy with it.
If you like to follow a certain diet, we can certainly explore if that diet will be beneficial for your goals.
We can customize the session length to whatever time you can commit to training. However, for best results, we recommend doing at least 3-4 sessions per week for 30 minutes.
We have 4 weeks pro-rata basic money refund policy for all our 1-1 coaching programs. If the program is not working for you, just let us know and we will refund you the pro-rata basis calculated amount.
